Engineering drill main motor heating equipment:
When the heater power supply of the main motor of the top drive device is normal and the main motor is not running, the heater can be started and stopped by the [motor heating] switch on the door of the PLC/MCC cabinet, and the operating state can be indicated by the heater indicator light of the PLC/MCC cabinet. When the PLC system is normal, the heater is interlocked with the main motor. If the main motor is started while the heater is working, the heater will automatically stop running. Do not start the heater when the main motor is running.
Engineering drill main motor cooling fan:
The cooling fan of the top drive unit is installed at the upper end of the main motor. The "fan" switch on the driller's operating table reverses the "On" position and directly starts the main motor fan. [fan] switch down "off" position, stop the main motor fan and drive cabinet fan, but in the main motor running state, regardless of the [fan] switch position, the fan will not stop. [Fan] switch down the "automatic" position, when the top drive system starts, the main motor fan will automatically start; When the top drive system stops running, the fan automatically stops after a delay.
